باستخدامك لتطبيق دوا بلس، أنت بتوافق على الشروط والأحكام دي. لو مش موافق على أي جزء، برجاء عدم استخدام التطبيق.
١. تعريفات
- «التطبيق»: تطبيق دوا بلس للموبايل والموقع الإلكتروني.
- «المستخدم»: أي شخص بيستخدم التطبيق لطلب أو البحث عن أدوية.
- «الصيدلية»: أي صيدلية مرخصة مسجلة على المنصة وبتقدم عروض للمستخدمين.
- «الطلب»: أي طلب شراء أدوية أو منتجات صحية عن طريق التطبيق.
- «نحن» أو «دوا بلس»: الشركة المشغّلة لتطبيق دوا بلس.
٢. طبيعة الخدمة
دوا بلس هو منصة وسيطة بتربط المستخدمين بالصيدليات المرخصة. نحن:
- مش صيدلية ومش بنبيع أدوية بشكل مباشر.
- بنوفر منصة للبحث عن الأدوية، رفع الروشتات، ومقارنة عروض الصيدليات.
- بنسهّل عملية التوصيل بين الصيدلية والمستخدم.
التطبيق مش بديل عن الاستشارة الطبية. دايمًا استشير طبيبك قبل استخدام أي دوا.
٣. التسجيل والحساب
- لازم تكون عندك ١٨ سنة أو أكتر لاستخدام التطبيق.
- أنت مسؤول عن دقة البيانات اللي بتقدمها وقت التسجيل.
- أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات حسابك (كلمة السر، رمز التحقق).
- أي نشاط بيتم من حسابك يُعتبر صادر منك.
- يحق لنا تعليق أو إلغاء حسابك لو اكتشفنا مخالفة للشروط دي.
٤. الطلبات والعروض
- لما تبعت طلب، الصيدليات القريبة بتبعتلك عروض بأسعار ومواعيد توصيل مختلفة.
- أنت حر في اختيار العرض اللي يناسبك أو رفض كل العروض.
- بعد قبول العرض، الطلب بيكون ملزم ومش بيتلغى إلا في الحالات المحددة.
- الأسعار المعروضة بتشمل سعر الأدوية. رسوم التوصيل بتتحدد حسب المسافة وسياسة الصيدلية.
- دوا بلس مش مسؤول عن تغيير الأسعار من طرف الصيدلية بعد قبول العرض.
٥. الروشتات (الوصفات الطبية)
- بعض الأدوية بتحتاج روشتة طبية سارية. الصيدلية ليها الحق ترفض صرف أدوية بدون روشتة صالحة.
- أنت مسؤول عن صحة ووضوح صورة الروشتة اللي بترفعها.
- الصيدلية ليها الحق تطلب روشتة أصلية عند التسليم للأدوية المقيدة.
٦. الدفع
- طرق الدفع المتاحة: كاش عند الاستلام، بطاقة ائتمان/خصم، أو ماكينة POS.
- المبلغ النهائي بيشمل سعر الأدوية + رسوم التوصيل (لو موجودة).
- في حالة الدفع الإلكتروني، المعاملات بتتم عن طريق بوابات دفع آمنة ومش بنخزّن بيانات بطاقتك.
٧. التوصيل
- مواعيد التوصيل المعروضة تقديرية وممكن تتأثر بعوامل خارجة عن إرادتنا.
- المستخدم مسؤول عن توفير عنوان صحيح ورقم موبايل شغّال.
- لو المستخدم مكنش متاح وقت التوصيل، الصيدلية ممكن تفرض رسوم إضافية لإعادة التوصيل.
٨. الإلغاء والاسترجاع
- تقدر تلغي الطلب قبل ما الصيدلية تبدأ تجهيزه.
- بعد بدء التجهيز، الإلغاء خاضع لسياسة الصيدلية.
- الأدوية بطبيعتها مش بتترجع بعد الاستلام إلا في حالة خطأ في الصرف أو تلف واضح في المنتج — وده حسب القوانين المصرية المعمول بيها.
- أي نزاع بخصوص الجودة أو الصرف بيتم حله بين المستخدم والصيدلية، ودوا بلس بتسهّل التواصل.
٩. سلوك المستخدم
بتوافق إنك مش هتستخدم التطبيق في:
- تقديم بيانات مزيّفة أو روشتات مزوّرة.
- أي نشاط غير قانوني أو مخالف للقوانين المصرية.
- إزعاج أو إساءة للصيدليات أو مندوبي التوصيل.
- محاولة اختراق التطبيق أو التلاعب بنظامه.
- طلب أدوية مقيدة بدون وصفة طبية سارية.
١٠. حدود المسؤولية
دوا بلس منصة وسيطة. الصيدلية هي المسؤولة عن جودة الأدوية وصحة الصرف والتوصيل.
- دوا بلس مش مسؤول عن أي ضرر ناتج عن استخدام أدوية بدون استشارة طبية.
- مش بنضمن توفر أي دوا معين في أي وقت.
- مش مسؤولين عن تأخير التوصيل الناتج عن ظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا.
- الخدمة مقدمة «كما هي» بدون أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية.
١١. الملكية الفكرية
كل المحتوى الموجود في التطبيق والموقع — بما فيه الشعار، التصميمات، النصوص، والأيقونات — ملكية خاصة لدوا بلس ومحمية بقوانين الملكية الفكرية المصرية والدولية. مش مسموح نسخ أو إعادة استخدام أي جزء بدون إذن كتابي.
١٢. تعديل الشروط
يحق لنا تعديل الشروط دي في أي وقت. هنبلّغك بأي تغييرات جوهرية عن طريق التطبيق. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التعديل معناه موافقتك على الشروط الجديدة.
١٣. القانون المعمول به
الشروط دي خاضعة للقوانين المصرية. أي نزاع بيتم حله عن طريق المحاكم المختصة في جمهورية مصر العربية.

1. Definitions
- "App": The Dawa Plus mobile application and website.
- "User": Any person who uses the app to order or search for medicines.
- "Pharmacy": Any licensed pharmacy registered on the platform that provides offers to users.
- "Order": Any purchase request for medicines or health products through the app.
- "We" or "Dawa Plus": The company operating the Dawa Plus app.
2. Nature of Service
Dawa Plus is an intermediary platform that connects users with licensed pharmacies. We:
- Are not a pharmacy and do not sell medicines directly.
- Provide a platform for searching medicines, uploading prescriptions, and comparing pharmacy offers.
- Facilitate delivery between pharmacies and users.
The app is not a substitute for medical advice. Always consult your doctor before using any medication.
3. Registration & Account
- You must be 18 years or older to use the app.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (password, verification code).
- Any activity conducted through your account is considered to originate from you.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we detect a violation of these terms.
4. Orders & Offers
- When you submit an order, nearby pharmacies send you offers with different prices and delivery times.
- You are free to accept the offer that suits you or decline all offers.
- After accepting an offer, the order becomes binding and cannot be cancelled except in specified cases.
- Displayed prices include medicine costs. Delivery fees are determined by distance and pharmacy policy.
- Dawa Plus is not responsible for price changes made by the pharmacy after offer acceptance.
5. Prescriptions
- Some medicines require a valid medical prescription. The pharmacy has the right to refuse dispensing without a valid prescription.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and clarity of uploaded prescription photos.
- The pharmacy may request the original prescription upon delivery for controlled medicines.
6. Payment
- Available payment methods: cash on delivery, credit/debit card, or POS machine.
- The final amount includes the medicine price + delivery fee (if applicable).
- For electronic payments, transactions are processed through secure payment gateways and your card details are not stored by us.
7. Delivery
- Displayed delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control.
- The user is responsible for providing an accurate address and active phone number.
- If the user is unavailable at the time of delivery, the pharmacy may charge additional fees for re-delivery.
8. Cancellation & Returns
- You may cancel an order before the pharmacy begins preparation.
- After preparation has started, cancellation is subject to the pharmacy's policy.
- Medicines are generally non-returnable after delivery, except in cases of dispensing errors or visible product damage — as per applicable Egyptian law.
- Any disputes regarding quality or dispensing are resolved between the user and the pharmacy, with Dawa Plus facilitating communication.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to use the app for:
- Providing false information or forged prescriptions.
- Any illegal activity or violation of Egyptian law.
- Harassing or abusing pharmacies or delivery personnel.
- Attempting to hack the app or tamper with its systems.
- Ordering controlled medicines without a valid prescription.
10. Limitation of Liability
Dawa Plus is an intermediary platform. The pharmacy is responsible for medicine quality, correct dispensing, and delivery.
- Dawa Plus is not liable for any harm resulting from using medicines without medical consultation.
- We do not guarantee the availability of any specific medicine at any time.
- We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
- The service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the app and website — including the logo, designs, text, and icons — is the exclusive property of Dawa Plus and is protected by Egyptian and international intellectual property laws. No part may be copied or reused without written permission.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of material changes through the app. Continued use of the app after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Egyptian law. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
