خصوصيتك مهمة بالنسبالنا. السياسة دي بتوضّح إزاي بنجمع ونستخدم ونحمي بياناتك لما تستخدم تطبيق دوا بلس.
١. البيانات اللي بنجمعها
لما تستخدم دوا بلس، ممكن نجمع الأنواع دي من البيانات:
- بيانات الحساب: اسمك، رقم موبايلك، إيميلك، والعنوان بتاعك.
- بيانات الطلبات: تفاصيل الأدوية، صور الروشتات، سجل الطلبات السابقة.
- بيانات الموقع: عنوانك الجغرافي لتحديد الصيدليات القريبة وتوصيل طلبك.
- بيانات الجهاز: نوع الجهاز، نظام التشغيل، ومعرّف الجهاز لتحسين تجربتك.
- بيانات الدفع: لو استخدمت الدفع الإلكتروني، بيتعالج عبر بوابات دفع آمنة ومش بنخزنه على سيرفراتنا.
٢. إزاي بنستخدم بياناتك
بنستخدم بياناتك علشان:
- نوصّلك طلبات الأدوية ونربطك بالصيدليات القريبة.
- نبعتلك عروض الصيدليات على طلباتك.
- نفكّرك بمواعيد أدويتك الشهرية والجرعات.
- نحسّن التطبيق ونطوّره بناءً على طريقة استخدامك.
- نتواصل معاك بخصوص طلباتك أو أي تحديثات مهمة.
- نحمي حسابك ونمنع أي استخدام غير مصرّح بيه.
٣. مشاركة البيانات
مش بنبيع بياناتك الشخصية لأي طرف تالت. ممكن نشارك بياناتك بس في الحالات دي:
- الصيدليات: بنشارك تفاصيل طلبك مع الصيدليات علشان تقدر تبعتلك عروض وتوصّلك الأدوية.
- مقدمي خدمات التوصيل: عنوانك واسمك بيتشاركوا لتوصيل الطلب.
- بوابات الدفع: في حال تفعيل الدفع الإلكتروني داخل التطبيق، بيمرّ الدفع عبر بوابات آمنة ومش بنخزّن بيانات البطاقة.
- الالتزام القانوني: لو فيه طلب رسمي من جهة قانونية مصرية مختصة.
٤. حماية البيانات
بنستخدم إجراءات أمان متقدمة لحماية بياناتك، منها:
- تشفير البيانات أثناء النقل والتخزين.
- حماية الحسابات بكلمة سر ورمز تحقق.
- مراجعة دورية لإجراءات الأمان.
- تقييد الوصول للبيانات للموظفين المصرّح لهم فقط.
٥. حقوقك
ليك الحق في:
- طلب نسخة من بياناتك الشخصية.
- تعديل أو تحديث بياناتك في أي وقت من التطبيق.
- طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك بالكامل.
- إلغاء الاشتراك في الإشعارات التسويقية.
٦. الروشتات والبيانات الصحية
صور الروشتات بتُستخدم لمعالجة طلبك بس، ومش بنستخدمها لأي غرض تاني. ولما تطلب عروض، ممكن تتشارك البيانات اللازمة من طلبك — ومنها صورة الروشتة عند الحاجة — مع الصيدليات الشريكة المؤهلة لتقديم عرض قبل ما تختار صيدلية، وبعدين مع الصيدلية اللي هتنفذ الطلب. بنوضح طبيعة المشاركة دي وقت إرسال الطلب، وبنقصّرها على الهدف والبيانات اللازمة، مع مراعاة موافقتك وحقوقك القانونية المتعلقة ببياناتك الصحية.
بياناتك الصحية بتتعامل بسرية تامة وفقاً للقوانين المصرية المعمول بيها.
٧. ملفات تعريف الارتباط (Cookies)
الموقع بيستخدم ملفات تعريف ارتباط أساسية لحفظ تفضيلاتك زي اللغة والثيم. مش بنستخدم ملفات تتبع لأغراض إعلانية.
طلبات شراكة الصيدليات
لو قدّمت طلب شراكة صيدلية من صفحة أضف صيدليتك، بنستخدم بياناتك للغرض ده بس: مراجعة طلبات الشراكة والتواصل معك بخصوص الطلب. آخر تحديث: ١٤ أكتوبر ٢٠٢٦ (نسخة الإشعار: 2026-10-14)
- البيانات اللي بنجمعها: بيانات الممثل المخوَّل (الاسم، التليفون، الإيميل)، وبيانات النشاط (الاسم القانوني، رقم السجل التجاري)، وبيانات التسوية البنكية (اسم البنك، اسم صاحب الحساب، رقم الحساب، الآيبان)، وبيانات الفروع (الاسم، الإحداثيات، أرقام الهواتف، مواعيد العمل، محيط التوصيل، رقم الترخيص)، ومستندات السجل التجاري وتراخيص الصيدليات المرفقة بالطلب.
- مين بيستلم البيانات: صندوق بريد مخصّص لموظفي دوا بلس المصرّح لهم بمراجعة طلبات الشراكة فقط.
- التعامل على الخادم: الطلبات بتتفحص وتتحوّل بالبريد الإلكتروني لفريق المراجعة، ومش بتتخزّن على خوادمنا.
- مدة الاحتفاظ: الطلبات المرفوضة بتتمسح من صندوق البريد بعد ٩٠ يوماً. الطلبات المقبولة بتتحفظ ضمن سجلات التعاقد.
- حقوقك: تقدر تطلب نسخة من بيانات طلبك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، وتتواصل معنا عبر القنوات الموجودة في قسم «تواصل معنا» أدناه.
٨. تحديثات السياسة
ممكن نحدّث السياسة دي من وقت للتاني. هنبلّغك بأي تغييرات جوهرية عن طريق التطبيق أو الإيميل. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث معناه موافقتك على التغييرات.

- Pharmacies: Your order details are shared with pharmacies so they can send offers and deliver your medicines.

- Payment gateways: If in-app electronic payment is enabled, payments are processed through secure gateways and we do not store your card details.
- Legal compliance: When required by Egyptian law or an official legal request.
4. Data Protection
We use advanced security measures to protect your data, including:

- Account protection with passwords and verification codes.

6. Prescriptions & Health Data
Prescription photos are used solely to process your order and are never used for any other purpose. When you request offers, necessary order information — including a prescription photo where needed — may be shared with eligible partner pharmacies before you select a pharmacy, and then with the pharmacy that fulfils the order. We explain this sharing when you submit the request, limit it to the necessary purpose and data, and respect your consent and legal rights over your health data.
Your health data is treated with full confidentiality in accordance with applicable Egyptian laws.
7. Cookies
This website uses essential cookies to save your preferences such as language and theme. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
Pharmacy Partnership Applications
If you submit a pharmacy partnership application via the Add your pharmacy page, we use your data only for this purpose: reviewing partnership requests and contacting you about your application. Last updated: October 14, 2026 (notice version: 2026-10-14)
- Data collected: the authorized representative's contact details (name, phone, email), business details (legal name, commercial registration number), settlement bank details (bank name, account holder, account number, IBAN), branch details (name, coordinates, phone numbers, working hours, delivery radius, license number), and the attached commercial registration and pharmacy license documents.
- Recipient: a dedicated mailbox accessible only to authorized Dawa Plus staff who review partnership requests.
- Server handling: applications are validated and forwarded by email to the review team; they are not stored on our servers.
- Retention: rejected applications are deleted from the mailbox after 90 days. Accepted applications are retained in contract records.
- Your rights: you may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your application data, and contact us through the existing channels in the "Contact Us" section below.
8. Policy Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. You will be notified of any material changes through the app or email. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
