Dawa Plus is an intermediary platform that connects a medicine request with participating pharmacies. Search for a medicine or upload a prescription, add your address, and review the offers sent to you. The pharmacy that accepts the request sells and dispenses the products and handles delivery; Dawa Plus is not a pharmacy and does not provide medication advice.
Four steps, from request to delivery

Search or upload
Enter a medicine name or upload a prescription image in the app.

Add your address
Enter the delivery address and any notes relevant to the request. Some medicines require a valid prescription, and the pharmacy may ask to see the original at handover.

Review pharmacy offers
Compare the offers you receive: each item's price, the estimated delivery time, and any delivery fee — with the final total including taxes, before you commit.

Choose your offer
Select an offer or decline the offers. The pharmacy that accepts the order sells and dispenses the products and handles delivery.

Before accepting an offer, review item prices, any delivery fee, and the total. Delivery fees are set in each pharmacy offer and may be free. Taxes are included in the displayed amount. There is no minimum order.
Delivery times are estimates. Pay on delivery with cash, a card through the POS terminal, InstaPay, or a smart wallet. Online payment in the app is not currently available.
After your first order, you can reorder monthly medicines in one tap and turn on availability alerts for out-of-stock items.
Is Dawa Plus a pharmacy?
No. Dawa Plus is an intermediary platform. The pharmacy that accepts an order sells and dispenses the products. Dawa Plus does not prescribe or dispense medicine and does not provide medication advice. The app is not a substitute for advice from a clinician.
